Take a Breather

Lately I’ve been feeling like the world rest upon my shoulders. I’m not really sure how to deal with it all. I am just so overwhelmed and stressed that I forgot to self-care and relax. It’s so important to remember that you deserve to live a happy life. You deserve time to yourself so you be in the right state of mind while dealing with your struggles. I know how hard it is to not overthink things or to not stress yourself out. Whenever you find yourself panicking or feeling like everything is crashing down around you… Please, breathe in and out. Then take one moment or situation at a time. You don’t need to have everything done at once. You have your whole life ahead of you. Even if you need to get everything done in a short period of time… Then that’s okay too! Find ways to take mini breaks in between getting tasks done. Or take a long bath after a long day of work. Whatever you need to do to stay calm (just as long it’s healthy and doesn’t hurt you) then do it. If you haven’t realized yet: You are still here, fighting. You are still trying your best and that’s all anyone can ask of you. So thank you for moving forward, no matter what. I am so proud of you!!
